Jez San OBE, founder of FunFair is the world’s fastest Ethereum casino platform. It’s also the first blockchain platform and protocol to make online casino games fun, fast, and fair. Jez San was inspired to become a computer game developer in the 1970s, and after playing the first ever massively multiplayer game Multi-User Dungeon (MUD) he founded one of the earliest British games developers, Argonaut in 1982, creating multiple multi-million-selling videogames including StarFox, Croc, and Harry Potter. Jez was a pioneer in the field of real-time 3D computer graphics and his first game, StarGlider, was one of the earliest 3D games ever published. He co-invented the Super FX graphics RISC processor for Nintendo, the first custom chip to render 3D computer graphics in a game system. Jez has maintained an active role in computer games and online gaming, including work with console game developers Ninja Theory, mobile developer Origin8 and until recently PKR.com, a leading 3D online poker room. Jez is also an angel investor and some of his investments have included the artificial intelligence pioneer DeepMind Technologies (acquired by Google in 2014) and the cryptocurrency exchange, Kraken. In 2002, Jez was made an Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire for services to computer games.
Toni Lane is an artrepreneur in the Digital Currency and Blockchain Industry who has been affectionately entitled, “The Joan of Arc of Blockchain” and “Young Star of Bitcoin” by her peers and various publications. Notably, Casserly is working on creating competitive marketplaces for governance using Bitnation. As a humanitarian, Toni Lane used Bitcoin as a tool for direct response to the Ebola crisis in Sierra Leone. Miss Lane spends the majority of her time building new models of peaceful, creation based civilizations while serving as an advisor and/or board member to companies, funds and private wealth including SingularityU, the United Nations, Institute for the Future, Bosch, Cisco and beyond. In other worlds, Toni Lane is a recording artist and the founder of the “immateralism” (post art) movement where she uses consciousness as a medium.
Jim Nasr is the Chief Software Architect at the Center for Surveillance, Epidemiology and Laboratory Services, CDC. Jim leads a number of initiatives around modernization of CDC’s public health systems, with core focus on building forward-looking and interoperable software based on Microservices, modern DevOps, blockchain and open technology frameworks. Jim’s work is leading CSELS towards the vision of providing secure, near real-time data services to its programs, partners and the public. Prior to joining the CDC, Jim was the CEO and co-founder of Armedia, a technology firm focused on building enterprise solutions for managing unstructured data. Jim has more than twenty years of experience in the technology industry, with over a decade as an entrepreneur profitably growing Armedia from inception to over 100 employees, and a 5-time Inc. 5000 awardee. Prior to co-founding Armedia, Jim worked as a Senior Technology Architect at Sapient Corp and IBM. Jim has co-authored several technology books and spoken at numerous industry events and conferences. Jim is the Chair of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) Connected Content Society, on the editorial board for the peer reviewed Blockchain in Healthcare Today scholarly journal, a mentor for the machine learning accelerator Cyberlaunch, and on advisory for a number of startups and technology firms. He has an MBA from the University of Connecticut, a BS in Computer Science and Statistics from Coventry University and resides in Atlanta, GA.
